Finally, a down to earth luxury horse property! Built by Elite Barn Structures, LLC this gem of a horse property comes with 8 stalls, a shower area, 24/7 surveillance cameras beamed to the master bedroom, a separate hay barn, a 4-car garage with office overhead boasting Brazilian cherry floors, a garden house and 2 outdoor sheds. Oh did I mention the gracious caretakers apartment within the barn itself? There is more. The home is located in sunny Temple NH and has absolute privacy. Temple is the home of Americas oldest marching band is is full of horse afficianados. PLEASE do yourself or anyone you know and love a favor by directing them to the video of this property on REALTOR.com or at www.popesays.com. The owner would be able to build you an indoor riding arena in an already cleared area for exactly that. This home has 5 separate paddocks too and right next to the barn is one of them with the footing already down. Plenty of thought and good taste has gone into the design and construction of this entire property which includes a luxurious cedar shaked home overlooking a brook and a pond with hottub on the deck, a screened in porch and so much more. Items like stamped concrete floors, a Travertine slab shower, mahogany, pine, black marble counters, custom made shelves...it ALL comes together seamlessly in this fine property that while luxurious, is also VERY down to earth! Close to other horse properties and near Peterborough NH.

I'm speechless. This is a remarkable property and an amazing presentation.
Just what is the price tag on this Equestrian Paradise?
I was so impressed that I just re-blogged it. I just want to watch it again.
It's only 1,950,000... which I think is pretty inexpensive. Watch for it in Architectural Digest next summer.
I love this one too! It is now featured on the Million Dollar Board and it will soon be re-blogged by moi, so the Optimists can enjoy it also.
Great property - and Magic was an excellent guide! I love it :)
Wow. WOW! That is a gorgeous property! I specialize in equestrian properties and that is amazing. What a presentation! I don't think I've ever seen a virtual tour quite like that before - ever! And it's not teeny tiny like they usually are. Wow. I think I want to be a horse.
Alright folks...I am the listing agent here and I am still wondering why Fred didn't do the riding handstand while he was filming? Oh well!

Absolutely brilliant!! Does Fred Light come to Connecticut?
Hi Debbie,
I do not think he goes that far, but will forward your comment to him. Do you have any buyers for this at 1,950,000? We can work out a referral fee if you are not NH licensed. Also, please visit www.popesays.com to view some of Fred's other videos, one a GREEN home from the founder of Stonyfield Yogurt, whose listing I have as well as the horse farm and others...one a round waterstruck brick home with a variance for chiropractic across from the Monadnock community hospital and another of my FSBO oceanfront home on Chebeague island ME- Fred did videos on all of these! If he does I will need a direct email unless you plan to follow this posting evolution.
Best wishes!

This property has just added a Mashpee Cape Cod home to be conveyed at and outside of closing into the mix...Price is therefore $2,100,000 with Mashpee home (3 bedrooms, 2600 sq feet, town assessed at $366,400 in 2008, garage, near outlet shopping and lake and 10 minutes to ocean/beaches) or $1,950,000 without the Mashpee home. FYI pass it onto your clients! We do referral fees if you are not licensed and can make those generous if need be. Not sure how long the Mashpee home offer will stand- but that one is "as is" though there are no known issues with the house or anything.
